Description

METRO BOREWELL PUMPS “METRO” Borewell Pumps are exclusively designed to draw water from borewells at any depth. The compressed air will enter into the borewell through pipe line up to the bottom, where it is connected to a water pipe which pushes the water to the field overhead tank or places where the water is required. The Main Advantages of the METRO Borewell Pumps are: 1. The water can be drawn at any depth even at 600 Feet 2. Only pipe lines are kept in the even borewell, the compressor pump and motor can be erected at any convenient place. 5. Depending upor the water source and consumption one has to choose the compressor from our wide range of compressors. 6. Compressors can be operated with motor or diesel engines. 3. The maintenance is very simple. Only oil level is to be Maintained properly. 7. Even PVC pipes of good quality can be used in the place of G.l pipes. 4. Compressor pumps are available from 1 HP. to 20 HP in single cylinder, double cylinder and three cylinder models. 8. The water output is mainly dependent upon the yield and spring in the borewells. PERFORMANCE TABLE FOR BOREWELL PUMPS Depth of Water Level In Feet and Output of Water in Litre per Hour ompressor H.P. 1.00 H.P/S.C 1.5 H.P/S.C 2 H.P/D.C 3 H.P/D.C 5 H.P/D.C 7.5 H.P/D.C 10.00 H.P/D.C 15.00 H.P/D.C 20.00 H.P/T.HC The Quality of water available will vary according to the water source available in the borewil. 85% of water output is available when comparing to high speed Mono blocs and submersible pumps of the same horse power. For your requirements kindly write to us (in the address) with the following Details. 1. Bore Size 2. Bore Depth 3. Approximate Quantity of water required per day 4. Whether for irrigation or industrial or household purpose. When we receive the above particulars from you we will recommend the correct size of compressor unit and pipe fitting for your requirements.

Air Dryer

Refrigeration air dryers remove moisture from compressed air by cooling it to roughly 3`C (37`F), causing water to condense and drain away. They utilize a refrigerant circuit, heat exchanger, and separator to protect equipment from corrosion. Ideal for general industrial applications, they achieve a pressure dew point of Class 4 or higher (+3`C to +10`C), ensuring dry, reliable air. Key Details and Components Working Principle: Warm, saturated air enters an air-to-air heat exchanger, is pre-cooled, then cooled further in an air-to-refrigerant evaporator. Water condenses, is trapped in a separator, and removed by an auto-drain valve. Finally, the dry air is reheated to prevent pipe sweating. Key Components: Refrigerant compressor, condenser, expansion valve, evaporator, air-to-air heat exchanger, moisture separator, and automatic drain. Types: Non-Cycling: Constantly running, which is cheaper initially but less efficient. Cycling/VSD: Cycles on/off or adjusts speed to match load, significantly saving energy. Performance: Achieves a pressure dew point of typically + 3`C to 10`C + (37`F to 10`F). Cooling Methods: Available in air-cooled (most common) or water-cooled variants. Applications & Advantages Benefits: Prevents corrosion, tool damage, and product contamination. Reliable, affordable, and requires minimal maintenance. Common Uses: General manufacturing, pneumatic tools, workshop air, and painting applications. Mellcon Engineers Operational Considerations Limitations: Cannot reach the ultra-low dew points needed for specialized, sub-freezing applications (which require desiccant dryers). Maintenance: Regularly check auto-drains and clean condenser coils. Important Specifications Inlet Temperature: Usually designed for around 35`C (95`F) or higher. Pressure: Standard operation typically around 7 bar(e) / 102 psig.

Air Compressor

Compressors with two stages have two compression chambers on each side of the piston. Water is typically pumped continuously through the engine to cool it. Compressors with two stages have a more effective cooling system. In two-stage compressors, the air is compressed on both sides of the piston using three cylinders while the other side handles the functionality: the air is sucked in as the piston moves down, and the air is compressed as the piston rises. Two-stage compressors are preferable for factories and workshops than for private projects because of their endurance. METRO Engineering Equipments has offers a distinct range of three-cylinder variants such as TCH 18, TCH 19, TCH 20, and TCH 21 with different RPM, displacement, and capacities. METRO ensures prime quality two-stage double-cylinder unit air compressors with a long-lasting design and heavy-duty endurance for a variety of industrial applications. Two-stage, three-cylinder unit air compressor characteristics:- Makes use of three-cylinders The revolutions per minute range from 700 to 1200. The displacement ranges between 25.0 and 48.0. The power range of the motor is 10.0–20.0 horsepower. Tank capacities range from 425 to 700 litres.
